炒香肠要不要蒸一下

抓住春天的尾巴,来一场竹笋与香肠的浪漫邂逅!

用料
  • 嫩竹笋 500克
  • 香肠 3根
  • 葱 3根
  • 蒜瓣 1个
  • 生姜 1块
  • 干辣椒 2个
  • 生抽 1勺
  • 鸡精 1勺
做法步骤

1、清明节出去玩儿,在山上掰了一点嫩竹笋!

2、扒掉竹笋外面的一层外壳!

3、水开,加入一勺盐,适量的油,放入扒好的竹笋,焯水2分钟!

4、捞出,放在清水中浸泡一天,中途记得多换几次水,去除竹笋里面的苦涩味!

5、香肠水开上锅蒸30分钟!

6、蒸熟的香肠晾凉后,装起来,放在冰箱冷藏保存!

7、蒜瓣切成片,生姜切成丝,干辣椒切成段备用!

8、竹笋切成片,葱切成段,香肠切成片!

9、起锅烧油,放入生姜,蒜瓣,干辣椒爆香!

10、放入香肠翻炒一分钟!

11、倒入一勺生抽调味!

12、放入竹笋和葱段翻炒一分钟!

13、起锅前放入适量的鸡精翻炒均匀即可!
