“买书如山倒,读书如抽丝”!家里囤了一大堆英语分级读物,但是无从下手,不知道该怎么陪孩子开展亲子阅读?怎么样充分利用分级读物提高孩子的阅读技能和阅读水平?今天我借助这套《妙趣小学英语绘本阅读》,从读前、读中、读后这三个步骤,讲讲我们家是怎么和孩子一起阅读的!
\n第一步,读前要有仪式感!
\n首先,家长要先做功课,根据对孩子英语水平的了解,选择内容和难度合适的读物,兼顾趣味性和知识性,兼顾虚构类和非虚构类。因为太难,孩子会越读越没信心,太简单,孩子会觉得没意思、而且时间长了原地踏步。有的书会标明难度、词数等,特别省心。如果没有标明的话,可以通过分级阅读网站查找。
\n\n其次要给孩子创造良好的阅读环境,这个阅读环境可以是一个有阅读氛围的安静小角落,比如要有书、有书架、舒适的椅子以及非常好的灯光等;
\n第三,在给孩子拿新书的时候,要非常隆重地和孩子说:“我们一起拆盲盒”“让我们踏上一段新的神奇之旅吧”,把书籍拆开后再铺开拍照。
\n\n第二步,读的过程要快乐!
\n只有快乐才会让孩子每天有所期待。家长一定不要把书甩给孩子自己就去刷手机,要提供高质量的陪伴,在启蒙初期、阅读初期要和孩子做高质量的互动:聚焦阅读内容本身而不是聚焦英语,要活学活用,举一反三。下面举例说明。
\n第一,观察:封面画了什么?引导孩子用常用句型回答问题。
\n–– What can you see in the cover?
–– I can see miniboy / a little mouse / a big cat...
\n第二,想象:你觉得这本书会告诉我们一个怎样的故事?引导孩子发挥想象编小故事。
第三,阅读:可以先扫码听音频,看看能听懂多少?再引导孩子开口阅读,借助注释理解生词。
\n第四,应用:如果你miniboy,你会怎么做?
\n第五,分析:故事中那个部分让你最紧张,为什么?
\n第六:评估:如果你可以去到故事发生的地方,你会不会去?
\n第七:创造:你会给故事一个不同的结尾吗?
\n第三步,读后要回顾!
\n首先,再听两遍录音,回顾刚才哪几个地方没听出来。
\n然后,是语言知识的活学活用。比如,要理解in danger 是处于危险之中,那么就造句,“宝宝处于危险中”怎么说?“妈妈处于危险中”怎么说?练习几次,孩子就能熟练运用单词和词组了。
\n最后,是用自己的话转述故事,鼓励用英文转述,中文转述也很棒。
\n家长及时记录孩子的读书数据,会让孩子更有成就感哦!每隔一段时间,给点小奖励,孩子就更积极啦!
一本简单的书,如果注重方法的话, 一定能把这本书读厚、读深、读地更加有趣。
