砂锅粥正宗做法

山姆极速达购买的智利帝王蟹,来自智利寒冷海域,活蟹熟冻,锁住鲜味,壳薄肉满,富含深海蛋白质和多种微量元素,非常鲜美!今天用智利帝王蟹小腿来做一个鲜香味美的砂锅粥!

用料
  • 帝王蟹小腿 6个
  • 虾仁 适量
  • 米 1小碗
  • 即食海参 适量
  • 水 适量
  • 姜 2片
  • 芹菜 1根
  • 白胡椒粉 2克
  • 花生油 8克
  • 咸蛋黄酱 1勺
  • 小葱白 几个
  • 花生酱 1勺
做法步骤

1、先来个成品图!看得见的鲜美!

2、食材准备!

3、热锅,放一勺花生油

4、油热,放生姜和咸蛋黄酱

5、放葱白,小火,慢慢煸炒,直到锅里出现细腻的泡沫

6、放适量开水,大火烧开

7、放入米,搅拌均匀,大火烧开,小火

8、盖锅盖,小火慢炖,中间不能离开哦,经常搅拌,预防缺水,如果水少了可以加一点开水,我的砂锅有点小了,如果有大号砂锅,一次性加足开水

9、把帝王蟹小腿切小块

10、一个小时,可以看见米粥非常浓稠,出了米油了

11、放入帝王蟹小腿,搅拌均匀,煮个10分钟

12、放入虾仁,搅拌均匀,不需要盖锅盖哦

13、放芹菜粒和白胡椒粉,搅拌均匀

14、准备出锅前,放一勺花生酱,不喜欢可以不放

15、搅拌均匀,尝尝味道,根据自己口味放一点点盐,关火出锅了!

16、味道不错哦!

17、盛一碗,放上即食海参,开吃吧!
