梁炎孟13646055429 ______ 你的交流接触器是220v的,A1是接的零线,上面的A2是控制线也就是启动线,下面的A2是接的回路线也就是停止线,当启动按钮按下时交流接触器通电后就会自吸,当停止按钮按下时交流接触器就会弹出.因为下面的A2本身就是带电的,当启动按钮按下时上面的线圈通电就自吸,自吸后停止按钮是带电的,所以你不按停止按钮电一直是通的,当你按钮下停止按钮是电就断开了.

梁炎孟13646055429 ______ 在整个系统断电状态下,气缸复位.闭合SB1自锁型按钮开关,给电路通电.就是一个开断电源的开关.闭合SB1,这时气缸出去的接近开关感应到,SQ1闭合.中间继电器ka1线圈得电.ka1,常开点ka1闭合,形成自锁回路.ka1闭合电磁阀yv1得电.气缸出.当到达sq2接近开关处.sq2闭合,ka2继电器线圈得电.ka2常开点闭合,常闭点断开.ka1线圈失电.ka1常开点断开.电磁阀失电,气缸退回.当气缸回到原位sq1接近开关处.又重复动作.在这个电路图中没有画接近开关的电源.在图中如果接线嫌麻烦.可以把ka2的自锁回路去掉.ka2主要作用就是让ka1失电.气缸退回.
