杨斐，暖云轩主，职业画家。清华美院国画研习班学习，师从李燕、杜大恺、袁运甫诸老师，主攻中国山水画。现为西北大学中国西部发展研究中心书画研究院研究员，陕西省美术家协会会员，陕西省山水画研究院副秘书长，陕西省花鸟画协会理事，未央区书画协会副主席。

●2021年10月受约参加《西京论坛》节目录制。

●2022年3月，作品《高山流水》《松壑烟云》入选陕西省第三届山水画优秀作品展，并收录画集。

●2022年9月，作品《山乡秋意浓》入选长安新风-陕西省青年美术作品展。

●2022年10月“喜庆二十大，花绘新时代”作品《凌霜傲雪》入选陕西省第五届中国花鸟画作品展。

●2023年1月，陕西省文联，陕西省美术家协会，组织文艺“六进”走进陕西省人民政府，中国银行，志愿服务活动。

●2023年7月受约赴韩参加中韩艺术交流学习。
