麻花钻头的前后角图解

购买理由

家里有两个抽屉拆掉了,正好缺个鞋柜,就让我来动手改造吧 

外观展示

这就是那个不要的抽屉,还是挺新的,扔了太可惜了 \n    

先买四个滑轮吧 

买的是这种滑轮,1.5寸的万向轮,方便搬运

一共四个,每个角装一个 

 这种的,3块钱一个,可以攒点红包再买,反正一个就包邮

就这样固定到四个角,不过买这个轮子是没有螺丝的,得自己配,家里有最好

打螺丝前最好先用这种麻花钻钻个小孔,比较方便进螺丝 

先打个小孔,然后再把螺丝打进去

如果没有电钻的话就先用大拇指把螺丝按进去一点,然后用螺丝刀拧 

就这样慢慢打,还是很简单的 

四个全装上就可以立起来了,试了一下听顺滑 

然后就是购置隔板,可惜手头没有合适的木板,只好去淘宝上定做了一块,花了十五大羊 

这种定做万能的某宝还是方便,跟卖家说下长宽就可以,15块有点小贵,下次还是去大件垃圾归集点搞一块吧 卖家自带了一些安装的铁片和螺丝

这些是我自己购置的隔板托,贴上去就行,很方便 

 为什么要用这种呢?主要是里面打螺丝不太好操作 

先确定位置,用铅笔做好记号

先把这个托板固定上去,里面我用的是贴的,外面用的是铁片

把隔板架上去,用铅笔在要钻孔处做好记号

就像这样,然后也是用麻花钻先钻个小孔

一个一个固定,这里可以用螺丝刀,电钻不太方便容易打歪 

都固定一下 

这样就基本搞定了 

使用感受 

当然,像我这种完美主义者,怎能就此罢休,可以看到还是有一些缝隙的,那么就打个胶先 

走起来
