搅拌机里放油、小葱叶和菠菜搅碎,倒入锅中小火慢熬,把葱的水分熬干,滤出渣滓后即成葱油。

麻酱加盐、酱油、醋、白糖、蒜末、香油调匀铺底,撕一些新鲜的薄荷叶,放入西葫芦丝、黄瓜丝和葱丝,并滴入葱油拌匀即可食用。
