45w算大功率吗

前言

BUFFALO是日本知名的电器厂商,产品涵盖路由器,硬盘,SSD,键盘,耳机等多种配件产品。充电头网拿到了BUFFALO推出的一款45W氮化镓充电器,这款充电器采用折叠插脚,具备1A1C双接口,其中USB-C口单独使用时输出功率为45W,USB-A输出功率为7.5W,两个接口同时使用时,USB-C口依旧保持45W输出功率不变,使用体验更好。

下面充电头网就对这款充电器进行拆解,看看内部的设计和用料如何,一起来看看是怎么做到在USB-A输出的同时,USB-C接口依然保持45W输出的。

BUFFALO 45W氮化镓充电器外观

充电器直板造型,采用PC阻燃材质塑料壳,通体磨砂处理,可有效抗指纹。

机身正背面都印有BUFFALO品牌。

侧面印有充电器参数

输入:100-240V~50/60Hz 1.5A

USB-C输出:5V3A、9V3A、15V3A、20V2.25A

USB-A输出:5V1.5A

充电器已经通过了PSE认证。

充电器配备可折叠美规插脚,携带方便。

输出端配备1A1C双输出接口,均为黑色胶芯。

测得充电器机身高度为56.66mm。

宽度为54.82mm。

厚度为30.19mm。

拿在手上的大小直观感受。

另外测得充电器净重约为123g。

使用ChargerLAB POWER-Z KT002测得USB-C口支持PD3.0快充协议。

并且还具备5V3A、9V3A、15V3A、20V2.25A四组固定电压档位。

另外测得USB-A口支持Samsung 5V2A、DCP充电协议。

BUFFALO 45W氮化镓充电器拆解

在对BUFFALO这款45W氮化镓充电器的外观和性能有了基本了解后,下面就开始拆解,看看内部的设计和用料如何。

沿插脚侧拆开外壳,内部PCBA模块和插脚通过导线焊接连接。

取出充电器内部PCBA模块,变压器采用黄铜散热片散热,散热片两端焊接固定。

充电器背面的散热片也是通过焊接固定。

散热片焊接固定处特写。

使用游标卡尺测得PCBA模块长度约为52.21mm。

PCBA模块宽度约为50.07mm。

PCBA模块高度约为25.6mm。

拆下散热片,变压器与麦拉片之间涂有导热胶。

输入端焊接保险丝和EMI滤波器件,高压滤波电解电容,变压器,输出滤波电容和USB-C,USB-A母座。PCB开槽插入麦拉片并涂胶固定,用于初次级绝缘。

PCBA模块背面焊接整流桥,PI的高集成电源芯片和同步整流管。

通过对PCBA模块的观察发现,BUFFALO这款快充点会员采用开关电源宽范围输出,输出电压由协议芯片控制的典型架构,USB-A口采用独立的降压电路,固定5V输出。下面我们就从输入端开始了解电源模块部分的设计与用料。

充电器输入端一览,焊接延时保险丝,NTC浪涌抑制电阻,共模电感,安规X2电容等器件。

输入端延时保险丝来自贝特电子,出料号936,规格为3.15A 250V。

NTC浪涌抑制电阻来自时恒电子,型号为MF72,1.5D9,冷态电阻为1.5Ω。

共模电感采用漆包线和绝缘线绕制,胶水粘接电木板绝缘。

安规X2电容来自CARLI凯励,规格为0.22μF。

整流桥丝印MB30M,规格为3A 1000V。

高压滤波电容来自TEAPO智宝,其中三颗规格为22μF 400V。

另外两颗规格为33μF 400V,总容量为132μF。

差模电感采用磁环绕制,外套热缩管绝缘。

充电器主控芯片采用PI INN3370C,采用PowiGaN技术,内置PWM控制器、高压MOS、同步整流控制器等,集成度非常高,并且采用数字总线控制调压。宽电压范围条件下,密闭外壳内可以输出75W功率,降额使用。

PI官方的资料显示,INN3370C属于InnoSwitch3-Pro家族,它采用了PI独家的PowiGaN技术,也就是内置了GaN氮化镓功率器件,相比传统MOSFET可以输出更大功率。

变压器磁芯严密缠绕胶带绝缘,顶部贴有型号标签。

蓝色Y电容来自STE松田电子。

同步整流管来自AOS万代,型号为AON6220,NMOS,耐压100V,导阻5.1mΩ,采用DFN5*6封装。

输出侧焊接两块小板和滤波电容,滤波电容与USB-C小板之间打胶填充。

两颗输出滤波固态电容规格为560μF 25V,两颗并联。

用于为USB-A口降压小板供电滤波的磁环电感。

USB-C母座焊接在单独的小板上。

USB PD协议芯片采用伟诠WT6635P,支持QC4+和PPS快充协议,采用数传与PI 电源芯片通讯,调节输出电压,采用SOP10封装。

VBUS开关管丝印027N03。

USB-C母座采用过孔焊接固定,黑色胶芯不露铜。

USB-A接口焊接在独立的降压小板上,小板上焊接降压芯片,降压电感和MLCC电容。

USB-A母座过孔焊接固定,小板背面没有元件。

同步降压芯片来自MPS,丝印BFR。

合金降压电感为4.7μH。

USB-A母座采用过孔焊接固定,黑色胶芯。

充电头网拆解总结

BUFFALO这款氮化镓充电器为低调的黑色设计,配合折叠插脚,内置氮化镓器件,小巧便携。充电器具备1C1A双输出接口,其中USB-C口支持45W输出,可以为笔记本电脑供电,USB-A口支持7.5W输出,满足老式手机充电,双口同时输出时不会降低功率,使用体验更好。

充电头网通过拆解了解到,这款氮化镓充电器采用PI高集成主控芯片,搭配AOS同步整流管组成,输出协议芯片采用伟诠WT6635P,内置一颗MPS的降压芯片用于USB-A口输出。充电器采用多块PCB焊接组成,PCBA模块包裹散热片,内部布局紧凑,空间利用率高。
