60v充电器详细电路图

前言

戴尔是知名的电脑品牌,旗下的笔记本电脑产品也是紧跟时代更新了USB-C接口,使用通用性更好的USB-C接口取代传统的DC接口,不仅能够方便为电脑充电,还能连接多种外设,使用更加方便,成为大势所趋。

充电头网拿到戴尔一款60W的USB-C接口充电器,这款充电器采用梅花三插插头,具备接地功能,使用金属外壳的笔记本不会出现麻手的情况。下面充电头网就对这款充电器进行详细拆解,看看用料与做工如何。

戴尔60W PD充电器外观

充电器采用戴尔旗下经典笔电电源造型设计,直板机身两侧为半圆弧面,外壳磨砂抗指纹。

机身正面设计有DELL品牌logo。

靠近输出端处还设有LED指示灯。

机身背面印有充电器参数和VI级能效认证信息。

充电器型号为DA60NM200,支持100-240V~50/60HZ 1.7A输入,以及5V3A、9V3A、15V3A、20V3A输出,台达电子工业股份有限公司制造。

输入端配备三脚梅花接口,使用笔记本的时候能有效接地,避免麻痛感。

输出端配备单USB-C接口,居中布局。

测得机身长度为66.39mm。

宽度为55.06mm。

厚度为22.38mm。

和苹果61W充电器对比,体积小得多。

拿在手上的大小直观感受。

净重约为104g。

使用ChargerLAB POWER-Z KT002测得USB-C口仅支持PD3.0快充协议。

此外PDO报文显示C口还具备5V3A、9V3A、15V3A、20V3A四组固定电压档位。

戴尔60W PD充电器拆解

对戴尔这款充电器的外观、大小、性能有了基本了解后,下面继续对其进行拆解,看看做工如何。

撬开充电器两侧的输入输出外壳,PCBA模块采用胶水牢固固定在外壳内部。

使用切割机从侧面切开外壳,取出充电器PCBA模块,模块外套纯铜散热片,两侧打胶固定。

纯铜散热片与PCBA之间通过透明麦拉片进行绝缘。

PCBA模块正面散热片粘贴胶带绝缘。

散热片铆接焊片,焊接固定到PCBA模块。

使用游标卡尺测得PCBA模块长度约为62.57mm。

PCBA模块宽度约为50.13mm。

PCBA模块厚度约为18.13mm。

拆下散热片,散热片下方是大面积黄绿色导热垫,用于传导器件发热。初次级之间采用塑料支架进行绝缘。

充电器PCBA模块正面一览,左侧为初级电解电容,开关变压器放在PCBA中间,通过导热垫和打胶散热。右上角为输入EMI滤波电路,右下角焊接一块小板为同步整流和滤波电路。

PCBA模块背面焊接整流桥,初级主控芯片和开关管,还有一颗光耦用于输出电压反馈调节。

通过对充电器PCBA观察,这款充电器采用反激架构,同步整流,宽电压输出。输出电压由协议芯片控制,根据负载需求调节。下面我们就从输入端开始了解各个器件。

充电器输入端导线焊接连接到PCBA模块,黑线直接连接到次级进行接地,输入端焊接安规X2电容,保险丝,两级共模电感。

输入端延时保险丝规格为3.15A 250V。

第一级共模电感采用漆包线与绝缘线并绕。

第二级共模电感采用漆包线绕制。

安规X2电容规格为0.33μF。

输入端整流桥丝印MB30KH。

高压滤波电解电容来自红宝石,KXW系列小型化产品,规格为400V 110μF。

初级主控芯片丝印P050GE,台达定制型号,采用SOT23封装。

为主控芯片供电的滤波电容规格为100V 4.7μF,同样来自红宝石,YXF系列。

初级开关管来自英飞凌,丝印60C7125,实际型号为IPL60R125C7,为CoolMOS C7系列,耐压650V,导阻125mΩ。

变压器来自台达,磁芯缠绕铜箔屏蔽。

EL 1018光耦,用于初级次级通信,反馈调节输出电压。

蓝色安规Y电容特写。

充电器输出侧特写,焊接USB-C母座和同步整流小板。

同步整流控制器来自MPS,型号MP6908,是一颗支持宽范围电压输出,支持DCM,CCM,QR多种工作模式的同步整流控制器,支持高侧和低侧应用,支持标准电压和逻辑电压驱动的同步整流管,采用SOT23-6封装。

同步整流管来自英飞凌,型号为BSC040N10NS5,是一颗耐压100V的NMOS,导阻4mΩ。

输出滤波电容来自松下,规格为470μF 25V,ZK系列导电性聚合物混合铝电解电容器,125耐热。

另一颗滤波电解电容规格为25V 100μF。

输出协议芯片丝印DPD022F,为台达定制型号,芯片左上角焊接热敏电阻用于充电器温度检测。

输出VBUS开关管来自AOS万代半导体,型号为AOSP32368,是一颗耐压30V的NMOS,导阻4.6mΩ,采用SOIC-8封装。

输出USB-C母座来自LOTES嘉泽,点焊钢套外壳。

USB-C母座黑色胶芯,过孔焊接固定。

全部拆解完毕,来张全家福。

充电头网拆解总结

戴尔这款60瓦USB-C充电器采用家族式黑色外观设计,采用分离线缆,使用更加方便。梅花三插电源线,带有接地功能,消除了传统充电器麻手的困扰。充电器采用USB-C插座,使用不同长度的USB-C线,可满足整洁需求,相比传统自带线充电器更加灵活。

充电头网通过拆解了解到,戴尔这款60W充电器内部PCBA模块采用纯铜散热片包裹,增大散热面积,有效应对笔记本连续大功率输出场景。充电器由台达代工,内部主控芯片和协议芯片均来自台达,内部使用日系电容,其中初级滤波电容来自红宝石,输出滤波采用松下固液混合电容。开关管来自英飞凌,内部用料均为一线大厂,是一款不错的笔记本充电器。
