台湾民众党英文官网被发现使用“Vote White，Vote Right”标语，遭解读有“投给白人，投给右派”意涵。
民众党发言人林子宇对此表示，网站的用意是为了表达“支持白色力量是正确的选择”。报道称，该标语引发的讨论，对于不了解台湾政治文化的外国人，看到恐怕会被误会为“白人至上主义”。林子宇对此澄清，台湾没有所谓“白人至上主义”的概念，因为近期有外国民众向民众党反映，大家有不同想法；刚好网站近期要针对内容和视觉做整体大翻修，所以将这一标语先下架。
柯文哲昨晚（7月31日）前往南投配天宫参拜，对于英文官网出现争议，柯文哲笑说“直接中翻英就是这样”。他说，那句话的意思是要大家“投给白色力量，投给正确的政党”，没想到就被笑了。
柯还说，晚上看到南投信众这么多人争抢风采，被人潮吓一跳，简直“人山人海”，他以中文直翻说出“People Mountain People Sea”，让现场民众笑成一片。（综合环球网等报道）
