六寸奶油蛋糕多少钱

用料- 鸡蛋 三个
- 低筋粉 45g
- 玉米淀粉 5克
- 纯牛奶 35毫升
- 玉米油 35克
- 白糖 40克
- 柠檬汁 3滴
- 淡奶油 250克
- 白糖 2勺
- 水果 适量
- 糖珠 适量
- 巧克力 适量
1、蛋清蛋黄分离，蛋清拿去冷藏
2、盆里加牛奶，玉米油搅拌筛入面粉拌匀加蛋黄一字型搅拌
3、搅拌无颗粒
4、蛋清加柠檬汁或者香草精去腥，加白糖
5、加玉米淀粉增加稳定性
6、打至大弯钩不动即可
7、蛋湖内加三分之一蛋白
8、一字型拌匀
9、一起倒入剩下的蛋白中拌匀
10、倒入模具震出气泡
11、烤箱上下火提前预热150度10分钟，然后上下火150度烤35到40分钟
12、震出气泡，倒扣晾晾
13、脱模
14、上下横切薄厚一样的三片
15、到250克安佳淡奶油，加一勺白糖
16、打发
17、放转台上
18、一层奶油一层水果，
19、第二层可以选其他喜欢的水果哦
20、第三层
21、抹面放冰箱冷藏15分钟定型
22、巧克力隔水融化
23、挤入模具冰箱冷藏定型
24、脱模
25、装饰即可
