吃牛肉的好处和功效

四月份是春季的最后一个时间节点了,为此当下的天气都开始升温,俗称也叫作“暖春”。

不过也正是因为4月属于春夏交替的时期,其实天气还是不太稳定,时热时冷。

因此在这种时候,多发脾胃失调、上火、湿气重、体虚易困等症状,如果饮食再不当,更会“火上浇油”,每日备受病痛折磨。

尤其是中老年群体,身体相较年轻人来说是格外地脆弱,所以我们的饮食更要讲究。

日常多吃些清淡的菜,常补充蔬菜和水果,一天喝够8杯水,利尿排毒。

看到这里,很多中老年朋友可能就开始产生疑惑了,肉呢?怎么没提到,不可以吃肉吗?

肉当然要吃,人体必需的蛋白质、微量元素多藏在肉食当中,光吃素也是对身体的不负责,身体会没有充足的营养,抵抗力下降,身体疾病就更多了。

不过,吃肉需要多点谨慎,就像鸡肉和牛肉。两者都属于燥性比较大的食物,人体在进食之后很容易出现上火,加重炎症、增加肠道负担等状况。

此时更适合多吃以下3种肉,不上火,有滋补益气,强筋骨、精神足等多种好处。

一、虾肉

虾肉肉质松软、甘甜多汁、无刺热量低,对于中老年人来说,进食易消化咀嚼,其中丰富的蛋白质、维生素、膳食纤维、微量元素等营养物质。

有增强人体免疫力、预防骨质疏松、补气益胃、健脑等好处,尤其是高血脂、高血压等患者更应该多吃虾肉。

★★★ 芹菜炒虾仁 ★★★

主要食材:明虾300克、芹菜1根、胡萝卜半根、生姜1块

1、芹菜表面粗纤维不好咀嚼,利用刮皮刀削除后清洗干净,切成小段备用,接着再把胡萝卜也切片,虾剥壳。

2、虾仁中放入生姜、料酒腌制去腥,芹菜段和胡萝卜片焯水沥干水分备用。

3、锅中热油,先将虾仁放入锅中炒至变色,再将焯水过的芹菜、胡萝卜一起倒入锅内翻炒断生,调味均匀后即可装盘出锅。

吃起来很是爽口弹牙,回味清香甜丝丝,食欲都变好了,也不怕热量超标伤害身体。

二、鱼肉

暖春时节的鱼类正是大量上市的绝佳食用时期,建议可以多吃鲈鱼,低脂刺少,肉质细嫩,清热解毒、祛湿气,强筋骨非常棒。

★★★ 清蒸鲈鱼 ★★★

主要食材:鲈鱼1条,小葱1把、胡萝卜半根、生姜1块

1、小葱切丝放入清水里抓出小葱水,再切点胡萝卜丝、生姜丝、小葱段备用。

2、拿出一个装得下鲈鱼的盘子,底部垫上生姜片和几根小葱,鲈鱼放在顶层,淋入料酒和小葱水,用手按摩鱼身,使其入味去腥。

3、锅中热水,放上隔热架开始蒸鱼,10分钟即可,蒸熟的鲈鱼将盘内多余的汁水倒出。

4、锅内放入少量油、盐、生抽、蚝油,再把蒸鱼时剩下的汁水放入搅拌成酱汁,最后淋在鱼身上就能享用美食了。

每夹一口肉都能感受到鱼肉的嫩滑,入口喷香,不腥不腻,老人小孩的绝佳营养品。

三、鸭肉

鸭肉是凉性食材,而且油脂还少,富含蛋白,有很好的滋阴润肺的功效,在春末,易干燥、热气大,吃鸭肉祛湿、消肿、解乏,营养滋补身体。

★★★ 柠檬鸭★★★

主要食材:鸭肉700克、腌柠檬、泡椒、辣椒、山黄皮、酸藠头、生姜

1、鸭肉冷水下锅,放入生姜片、料酒去腥,中途要记得去除浮沫后再清洗干净鸭肉。

2、酸柠檬去籽、山黄皮去皮,同酸藠头、泡椒、辣椒、生姜切碎备用。

3、热锅烧油,煸炒鸭肉出油,再放入适量的盐、生抽、蚝油、米酒调味,加入一碗水焖煮20分钟。

4、焖煮到肉质变软后,最后再加入切好的配料翻炒入味后即可出锅啦。

整个厨房都飘荡着柠檬的清香,鸭肉鲜嫩,入口酸辣开胃,吃下两碗饭不是问题。

最后,也要提醒,在这段时间多注意天气预报,早晚温差大,及时穿衣保暖,也是保护身体。
