瘦肉片煮多少分钟能熟

最近天气降温了,晚上烤火取暖时候就想也烤点啥东西来吃,买的火腿肠吃着没肉味,自己做的那是满满的肉啊,说做就做,小伙伴们,一起做起来啊!讲真,做的紧致扣弹,这味道嘎嘎好,咬一口嗷嗷好吃(汗,这环节忘拍照了),一个个剪开密封起来冰箱放着慢慢吃

用料
  • 甜脆玉米 2根
  • 后腿肉 1500克
  • 哈尔滨红肠调料 150克
  • 清水 270克
  • 盐渍肠衣 三至四根
做法步骤

1、全部食材大聚会

2、猪后腿肉1500克(九分瘦、一分肥)

3、肥肉切丁再剁碎

4、瘦肉切片

5、把切好的瘦肉片放绞肉机打成肉沫

6、绞好的肉末

7、把绞好的肥瘦肉沫混合在一起

8、然后再把150克哈尔滨红肠调料放入混合好的肉沫中

9、用手把食材搅拌均匀,使调料完全融合进肉沫里,并搅打上劲

10、现在,把270克清水少量多次放入搅拌好的肉泥里,顺一个方向搅拌至肉泥充分吸收了水分,看着肉有黏腻感

11、看,这就是搅打上劲的最终状态

12、这时再把剥好的玉米粒放进去混合均匀

13、这是混合均匀后的样子,肠衣我使用的是盐渍肠衣,提前冲洗干净肠衣后放高度白酒浸泡半小时,然后用水冲洗干净里外,放容器里清水浸泡备用。

14、开始灌肠了

15、三斤肉最终灌了这么多,灌好肠后,使用牙签均匀的给肠戳戳,这步是给灌好的肠排排气,以免一会儿煮的过程中破皮

16、排好气的肠分成拇指长短用细绳扎好,悬挂晾一晚上,使其表皮风干,这样煮出来皮脆,口感好

17、水温九十度左右下入晾了一晚的拇指肠,中小火煮五十分钟,肠子浮起便熟了,起锅,大功告成,可以食用了。

18、多余的密封起来冰箱保存慢慢吃
