菜籽油起泡沫怎么解决

羊肉炖白菜!在我老家一入冬,就家家户户准备炖羊肉吃了,喜欢和白菜一起炖,炖得烂烂的!做这个菜必须用菜籽油才好吃, 金龙鱼外婆香小榨菜籽油,精选优质原料,纯物理压榨工艺,风味纯正,地道,香浓,外婆香小榨菜籽油少油烟泡沫,煎炒煮榨皆宜 !

用料
  • 金龙鱼外婆香小榨菜籽油 10克
  • 熟羊肉 一斤半
  • 白菜 半颗
  • 盐 2克
  • 生抽 1️⃣勺
  • 大蒜叶 适量
做法步骤

1、先来个成品图

2、食材准备,羊肉都是提前煮好的

3、白菜根据自己喜欢准备,切块洗净沥水

4、热锅,发一勺金龙鱼外婆香小榨菜籽油

5、放一点点盐,煸炒一下

6、放入白菜,快速煸炒

7、直到白菜软榻,尽可能多炒一会

8、放入适量的红烧羊肉,快速煸炒,直到羊肉和白菜非常均匀

9、放一点生抽,快速煸炒均匀

10、盖锅盖,大火烧开,焖10分钟

11、根据白菜非常软糯,尝尝味道,根据自己口味微调

12、出锅,撒一点大蒜叶,趁热吃吧!

小贴士

白菜必须煸炒到软榻,羊肉入锅后我没有放水,因为白菜水分很大,出锅后我用了酒精锅 ,慢慢煮着吃吧!
