镀黑镍工艺

超频三作为一个老牌机电散厂,在之前都推出了不少脍炙人口的优秀散热产品,不过随着市场的开始内卷,越来越多品牌都陆续推出了性能更强以及颜值更高的产品,而超频三却显得有点跟不上友商的脚步。直到上个月超频三公布了全然焕新的CPS品牌形象,对品牌的标识、主色、产品ID设计等等都进行了全面提升,第一款产品就是前不久给大家评测过的星界C3 T500机箱,这款机箱透露出的外形设计预示着超频三将会有一次质的蜕变。在这个月超频三推出了“臻”系列高端旗舰产品线的首款产品--“臻”RZ620双塔散热器,作为全新CPS品牌形象下的首款高端产品,RZ620又会有着怎样的设计以及性能表现呢?

在产品外包装方面,除了产品渲染图以外,超频三借由全新的CPS视觉语言带来了新设计,结合品牌名中的“三”演化出了几何图形中的“三角形”作为全新的家族化设计元素以及品牌辅助图形,并且以橙色作为新的品牌主色,整体颇有高端的味道。

全新的CPS品牌LOGO对于超频三来说无疑是一次形象上的大升级,并且更利于玩家对其重新建立印象。

包装背面则是此款散热器的详细具体尺寸以及参数,接下来我们就跟着产品开箱来一步步的了解。

包装内部才用了珍珠棉作为产品的运输保护层,相较于纸盒或者普通泡沫能够更有效保护产品。

首先来看看作为旗舰产品的附件盒里面会有什么东西

硅脂方面超频三RZ620标配的是一管2g装的EX90高导热硅脂导热系数可以达到14.8W/(m.k),在参数方面无疑是第一梯队的产品。

一套全金属扣具,值得一提的是超频三RZ620黑色版本的扣具/背板/螺丝/螺母采用高光镀黑镍表面处理工艺,在细节方面也同样做到了非常高的质感

超频三RZ620的Intel扣具和背板均采用了锰钢制作,在回弹性能方面拥有更好的表现,并且不得不说这个大面积的高光镀黑镍确实给人完全不一样的品质享受。

此外超频三RZ620还提供了一条定速线,这条线上的开关一共有3个档位可以选择,玩家们可以直接手动选择低转速、高转速以及PWM模式

超频三RZ620在外观方面完全摒弃了旧的设计语言,转而采用了全新的“三角几何”品牌设计元素点缀产品细节的方方面面扇轴承处还有星环金属轴心点缀,新的CPS品牌LOGO也非常具有质感,不得不说颜值方面在目前的双塔散热器中绝对是数一数二的。在颜色方面除了首发的黑色以外,还会有白色以及原色可供玩家选择,我现在就非常期待其白色版本的颜值了。

全新的阳极喷砂铝材顶盖搭配上全新的三角几何视觉图形和橙色的品牌颜色展现出了CPS独特鲜明的个性,也带来了远超目前市面上双塔散热器的顶部视觉体验。

风扇方向标识及两侧、鳍片折FIN处都均有三角几何元素进行点缀。

从鳍片和热管的连接方式可以看到,超频三RZ620采用了穿Fin工艺,散热器的整体尺寸为130×142.5×157.5mm,高度方面踩在了160mm以内,兼容性方面表现不错,市面上绝大部分ATX、MATX机箱均可轻松安装。

超频三RZ620采用了6根6mm全新研发具备更强毛细泵力的纯铜热管,可以更加有效抵抗重力影响,无论平放还是侧放都可以发挥最大散热效能

底座方面则是精雕微凸纯铜底座,这种微凸底座能够在压力扣具的作用下更紧密的贴合CPU顶盖,以此来提高导热效率。

超频三RZ620配备了两个全新的F5 R120风扇,默认状态=转速范围为500-2000RPM,风量最大达到78.10CFM,风压最大为2.6mm/H2O,采用FDB动态液压轴承。搭配上述附件中提到的调速线,亦可把转速固定在1800RPM的安静模式或者是2200PRM的性能模式,在1800RPM转速情况下风量可以达到68.64CFM风压为2.1mm/H2O,在2200PRM转速情况下风量最大达到86.73CFM,风压则为3.2mm/H2O,性能比默认状态下还要更高,玩家可以根据自己的需求来选择相应的档位。

风扇方向标识及两侧都均有三角集合细节点缀。

扣具方面安装非常简单便利,这里就略过一下具体安装过程了,跟普通双塔散热器安装基本一致。测试平台如下。

CPU方面选择了Intel酷睿i7-13700K

主板选用了华硕ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI

内存是XPG 龙耀Lancer DDR5 6000 32GB(16G*2)套装。

机箱方面选择了安钛克P20C

最吸引人眼睛的无疑是他这块有着1176个规则进气孔的金属前面板,搭配上左侧一小段橙色的线条另其质感十分出众。安钛克P20C系列机箱共有三个型号,除了我今天展示的带ARGB风扇的P20C ARGB型号以外还有一款带无光风扇的P20C以及主打商用或者不喜欢灯效用户的无侧透设计P20CE,三者在结构方面是完全一致的,仅在标配的风扇上有所区别,玩家们可以根据自己的喜好进行选择。

机箱的前金属面板是通过卡扣方式固定,因此打开的时候也非常轻松,无需大力出奇迹,在金属面板后面还带有一块防尘网。P20C ARGB机箱前面板标配的是3把ARGB风扇,此处最高支持360规格的一体式冷排安装。

显卡方面选择了华硕ROGSTRIX GeForce RTX 4070 Ti-O12G-GAMING

电源方面则是安钛克NE1000W金白,这款新的NE系列电源不仅由原来的ATX2.0架构升级至ATX3.0架构,在质保方面也升级到了10年期限。

安钛克NE1000W金白属于短ATX电源,长度仅为14cm,采用主动式PFC+ LLC全桥谐振+同步整流+DC-DC架构,全日系电解电容,可以有效提高电源的稳定性以及寿命。

电源采用单路+12V输出设计,其中+12V输出电流额定为83A,相当于996W的额定输出,+5V与+3.3V输出的额定电流则均为20A,联合输出最高功率为120W,由于通过了80Plus金牌认证,因此其支持的输入电压为交流100V~240V,标准的宽幅电源

电源采用全模组接口设计,共计有6个CPU与PCI-E供电接口;D型接口与SATA供电接口4由于这是一款ATX3.0电源,因此原生的12VHPWR模组接口也是必不可少。配件到这里也基本介绍完毕了,下面再来看看整体的安装效果吧。

将Intel酷睿i7-13700K的电压Offset-0.100V,此时功耗控制在232W左右。在默频单烤10分钟后CPU表面温度维持在83°C,核心温度维持在94°C,P-Core的频率全部维持在5.3Ghz,E-Core的频率全部维持在4.2Ghz,全程维持在最高频率,没有出现过热降频的现象。实际测试来看超频三RZ620的散热效能还是非常不错的,基本达到了官方宣传的性能。

总的来看,超频三RZ620不仅拥有脱颖而出的全新外观外还拥有出色的散热效能,能够有效的压制230W设定的Intel酷睿i7-13700K,而能够选购这个价位的散热器玩家更多的是会选择Intel酷睿i5-13600K这种中高档CPU,在压制这类CPU的时候超频三RZ620无疑会有更加优秀的表现。产品目前首发价格最低仅300元即可到手,并且超频三RZ620在本体做工、ID设计以及附件的细节上都超越了同价位的其他产品,性价比无疑是能够颠覆对手的产品。对于这次的归来或者说产品定位升级,超频三无疑是拥有十足的底气,那么接下来超频三还会为我们带来什么样更加惊喜的产品呢?我们拭目以待吧。
