春游来吃水果多多的蛋糕吧

用料

• 牛奶 35毫升
• 橄榄油 30克
• 低筋面粉 45克
• 玉米淀粉 10克
• 鸡蛋 3个
• 木糖醇 42g
• 淡奶油 300克
• 木糖醇 40g
• 水果 适量

做法步骤

1、蛋清和蛋黄分离\n放入无水无油的盆中\n分三次加入木糖醇打发

2、第三次加入玉米淀粉

3、打发至这个状态

4、蛋黄种加入橄榄油和牛奶

5、搅匀

6、加入低筋面粉

7、搅拌均匀

8、蛋白霜分三次和蛋黄糊混合

9、混合好的状态

10、倒入模具中\n烤箱150℃预热\n120℃烤20分钟 转140℃烤40分钟

11、烤蛋糕的时候来打发淡奶油

12、准备好水果

13、蛋糕晾凉分三片\n一层蛋糕抹上奶油摆上水果

14、重复一遍

15、最上面多抹点奶油\n摆上多多的水果

16、搞定
