凉粉料汁怎么调最好吃

用料
  • 凉粉 1碗
  • 肉末 20克
  • 葱末 适量
  • 蒜末 适量
  • 盐 5克
  • 生抽 2勺
  • 老抽 1勺
  • 清水 半碗
做法步骤

1、凉粉切成块备用。

2、蒜末,葱末准备适量。

3、调制料汁,盐5克,生抽2勺,老抽1勺,清水半碗。

4、起锅烧油,葱蒜下锅爆香。

5、加20克肉末,炒至断生。

6、凉粉倒入锅中。

7、料汁也到入锅中。

8、扒拉扒拉,使凉粉均匀沁入料汁。

9、盖上锅盖焖2-3分钟。

10、开盖后翻炒均匀就好了。

11、出锅再撒点葱花。
