广东煲汤为什么放蜜枣

乌鸡虫草汤

材料:乌鸡,虫草花,红枣,盐。

山药板栗汤

材料:山药,板栗,筒骨,红枣,芡实,莲子,枸杞。

全部食材清洗干净之后放入高压锅中,大火上汽之后中火煲15分钟。出锅加点盐即可。

山药薏米汤

材料:山药,薏米,猪骨,枸杞。

虫草花鸡汤

材料:三黄鸡,虫草花,红枣,黄芪,枸杞,盐。

莲藕玉米排骨汤

材料:排骨,玉米,莲藕,胡萝卜,葱姜,盐。

五指毛桃汤

材料:猪骨,茯苓,蜜枣,芡实,鲜山药,胡萝卜,五指毛桃。

小贴士:

1.猪骨买回来一般焯一下水比较好,不然味道很腥。现在很难吃到好的猪肉,都是饲料猪,味道重。

2.一些食材在超市就能买到。
