手工做干豆腐视频教程

吃腻了肉包,来试试纯素的粉条豆腐包!食材只要几块钱,搞定一大锅,没想到比肉包还好吃!刚出锅的包子热乎乎的,嫩滑酱香的粉条遇上入口即化的豆腐,一口咬下特别满足!个个白胖暄软,皮薄馅足,学会再也不用去早餐店排队买了!

用料
  • 山药粉条 200g
  • 豆腐 1块
  • 面粉 600g
  • 葱花 适量
  • 酵母 6g
  • 温水 340ml
  • 热油 50g
  • 麻辣香锅粉 20g
  • 小鲜侣调味汁 20g
  • 酱油心生 20g
  • 海盐 适量
做法步骤

1、食材\r\n山药粉条200克|豆腐|面粉600克\r\n葱花|酵母6克|340ml温水|50克热油\r\n调味\r\n麻辣香锅粉20克\r\n小鲜侣调味汁20克\r\n酱油心生20克|海盐适量\r\n锅具:ZMOR电蒸锅

2、杯中倒入6克酵母、340克温水搅拌至溶解;

3、碗中倒入600克富硒面粉、挤入10克小鲜侣调味汁、倒入酵母水搅成絮状;

4、揉成团状,盖保鲜膜放温暖处醒发两倍大;

5、200克铁棍山药粉条用开水泡软(精选温县铁棍山药、禹州红薯,不添加防腐剂、食用胶,手工制粉、自然晾晒,爽滑诱人);

6、泡软后放摩飞绞肉机一键绞碎(不用绞太碎哈);

7、一块豆腐洗净切丁,量根据个人口味来;

8、阿尔菲塔炒锅倒入少许山茶油,放入豆腐丁煸炒至上色且水分减少后盛出;

9、碗中放入豆腐丁、粉条碎、葱花、20克麻辣香锅粉,淋入50克热油激发出香味(这个调味粉香味扑鼻,用来做面食、拌面条、凉拌菜、卤菜等都非常合适);

10、挤入20克酱油心生、10克小鲜侣调味汁、适量海盐(想要颜色更深的可以加点老抽);

11、搅匀备用,这个就是喷香的粉条豆腐馅;

12、醒发好的面团内部呈蜂窝状气孔,给它充分揉匀排气;

13、揉成长条状,分成差不多大小的剂子;

14、每个剂子揉圆后擀开,擀成中间厚四周稍薄的面片,放上粉条豆腐馅;

15、依次提褶收口捏成包子的形状,可以参考前面的视频教程;

16、做好的包子放温暖处二醒约10分钟,放电蒸锅定时蒸30分钟就可以出锅啦;

17、吃过那么多口味的包子,粉条豆腐包真的是全家人都夸美味,好吃不腻,出锅个个白白胖胖,比大肉包还香呢!

18、个个蓬松暄软、皮薄馅足,嫩滑酱香的粉条遇上入口即化的豆腐,香味扑鼻,反正我家娃是一顿能炫好几个!
