打发淡奶油一直是糊状

用料
  • 红薯 1个
  • 紫薯 1个
  • 牛奶 适量
  • 炼奶 20克
  • 淡奶油 200克
  • 紫薯粉 少许
  • 糖 适量
  • 装饰谷物 适量
做法步骤

1、食材准备好

2、紫薯和红薯蒸熟后压成泥

3、再加入炼奶和少许牛奶搅拌成糊状

4、装入裱花袋待用

5、料理杯倒入淡奶油

6、再加入紫薯粉、糖、炼奶

7、打发至硬性

8、装入裱花袋

9、碗底铺一些脆口的即食谷物增加口感

10、再挤上红薯泥

11、接着挤上奶油

12、再挤上紫薯泥

13、用刮刀刮平

14、最后挤上奶油、紫薯泥和红薯泥装饰即可

庞支毕13519489426 ______ 淡奶油+细砂糖、放在无水无油的容器里打发(室温高的话在容器下放冰块或者冰水)打到把容器倒过来容器里的奶油没有流动迹象就说明打好了 此方法筷子也可以 不过最好用打蛋器(电动手动均可) 砂糖是起到支撑作用的 不爱甜 可以少加

庞支毕13519489426 ______ 没看到你的实物,如果你的蛋白已经打起来了,可能是打发过度,或是打发时间过长,蛋白温度过高,都有可能出现这个问题,如果没打起来,有可能你加的什么东西不对劲.或是打发器具的没有洗干净.
