生肥肠炒几分钟炒熟

猪大肠也叫肥肠,有很高的营养价值,俗话说吃什么补什么,如果有痔疮,建议多吃点猪大肠,有润燥、补虚、止渴止血的功效。

用料
  • 肥肠 两斤
  • 盐 适量
  • 面粉 两勺
  • 醋 两勺
  • 小苏打 一勺
  • 胡椒粉 一勺
  • 生抽 一勺
  • 蚝油 一勺
  • 淀粉 一勺
  • 姜 8小粒
  • 蒜 8小粒
  • 泡椒 适量
  • 小米辣 适量
  • 老抽 半勺
  • 鸡精 半勺
  • 洋葱 半个
  • 蒜苗 3根
做法步骤

1、首先肥肠加入一勺盐一勺面粉 一勺白醋抓五分钟即可

2、把肥肠的多余的油去除掉 要不吃起来太腻了

3、加入小苏打 吃起来咬得动

4、抓均匀即可

5、清水清洗多几遍

6、剁小段即可

7、加入一勺盐、胡椒粉、生抽、蚝油、淀粉

8、5成油温放入肥肠

9、大火炒黄 卷起来捞出备用即可

10、油热放入一定姜 蒜 泡椒 小米辣

11、倒入肥肠

12、加入老抽鸡精

13、炒上色入味即可

14、然后加点洋葱、葱花

15、翻炒两下出锅啦
