筒骨10种经典做法

  • 筒子骨 一根
  • 湖藕 一根
  • 生姜 适量
  • 盐 适量
  • 太太乐料酒 少许
  • 葱花 适量
  • 味精 适量
  • 香菜 4根
  • 山茶油 适量
做法步骤

1、筒子骨

2、清洗干净

3、沥干水分

4、冷水下锅

5、倒入太太乐料酒

6、放入生姜片,香菜

7、煮开

8、煮2分钟

9、倒入水槽中,温水一个一个清洗干净

10、沥干水分

11、起锅烧油

12、倒入生姜片

13、爆香

14、倒入筒子骨

15、翻炒均匀

16、倒入高压锅中,盖上盖子,炖30分钟

17、炖好了

18、湖藕一根

19、切开

20、去皮

21、切滚刀块

22、倒入筒子骨中,加盐,盖上盖炖5分钟

23、加味精搅拌均匀

24、出锅,撒葱花即可
