简单快速的懒人早餐

早餐想要吃得方便快捷,同时还想要兼顾营养,三明治是一种不错的选择。这次用全麦吐司来做面包片,口感虽然略显粗糙,但是膳食纤维特别丰富,再夹上各种美味的食材,妥妥的满分早餐,简单省事美味,大人小孩都爱吃。三明治的夹心选择很自由,可以跟着咱分享的菜谱来做,也可以发挥自己各种创意,制作出心属的口味,简简单单又一餐,懒人快手早餐必选!

午餐肉三明治

食材全麦吐司/2片、番茄/1片、鸡蛋/1个、生菜叶/两片、午餐肉/一块、芝士片/1片、沙拉酱/适量

工具不粘锅

1.鸡蛋和午餐肉煎熟。

2.开始组装,取一片吐司,依次放上生菜叶、午餐肉、芝士片、鸡蛋、番茄片,挤上沙拉酱,最后再盖上一片吐司就可以了。

芋泥肉松三明治

食材全麦吐司/两片、芋头/250g、牛奶/50g、紫薯粉/3~5g、细砂糖/5g、海苔肉松/适量

工具蒸锅

1.芋头蒸熟后加入紫薯粉、细砂糖,趁热压成泥,加入牛奶,调整芋泥的湿度。

2.取一片全麦吐司,铺上厚厚的芋泥,继续铺上海苔肉松压实。

3.另一片吐司提前铺上芋泥,往海苔肉松上盖紧压实就可以了。

喜欢芋泥的朋友这款三明治一定要做起来,口感绵密香甜,看着就很有食欲,肉松也是特别万能的食材,放在这里搭配丝毫不违和,一个下肚就很顶饱!

牛油果鸡蛋沙拉三明治

食材全麦吐司/三片、鸡蛋/2个(提前煮熟)、牛油果/半个、黄瓜/100g(提前切丁)、黑胡椒/适量、沙拉酱/适量

1.鸡蛋去壳后放入碗中,用压泥器压成泥,加入沙拉酱、黄瓜丁和黑胡椒,搅拌均匀待用。

2.牛油果同样压成泥待用。

3.取一片吐司,抹上一层牛油果泥。

4.盖上一片吐司,抹上一层鸡蛋沙拉酱。

5.最后再盖上一片吐司压实就可以了。

牛油果也是做三明治的常客了,软嫩的吐司片包裹着两层不同口味的馅料,吃起来真的太满足了。
