用料
  • 米线 适量
  • 排骨 适量克
  • 生抽 2勺
  • 蚝油 1勺
  • 老抽 1勺
  • 白糖 1勺
做法步骤

1、准备适量排骨冷水入锅,加葱姜料酒焯水去腥

2、洗净的排骨放高压锅中,加入生抽调味

3、加入适量蚝油调味

4、加入适量白糖调味

5、加入适量老抽调味

6、加适量清水高压锅炖煮10分钟

7、加入煮好的米线装盘食用

8、米线爽滑劲道,非常好吃

9、排骨软烂入味,肉香四溢
