菜籽油起泡沫怎么去除

用料- 油带鱼 一斤
- 金龙鱼外婆香小榨菜籽油 15克
- 生姜大蒜花椒小米辣 适量
- 葱姜料酒 一勺
- 生抽 一勺
- 老抽 一勺
- 海鲜酱 一勺
- 小葱 一根
- 白胡椒粉 1克
1、先来个成品图
2、食材准备
3、带鱼洗净切块
4、热锅,放一勺金龙鱼外婆香小榨菜籽油
5、油热,放生姜大蒜葱白花椒小米辣,快速煸炒出香味
6、放入带鱼,慢慢煎到微微发黄
7、沿锅边放一勺葱姜料酒
8、放适量生抽
9、放入一勺海鲜酱
10、一大勺水,大火烧开,放一点点白胡椒粉
11、继续大火烧开直到鱼汁浓稠,尝尝味道根据自己口味微调!
12、出锅,撒一点葱花!
小贴士带鱼很嫩,入锅煎的时候小心,等成型后小心翻面!带鱼很容易成熟哦!
