豆油起沫是好还是不好

用料
  • 五花肉
  • 茄子
  • 土豆
  • 芹菜
  • 葱姜蒜
  • 盐,鸡精,味精
  • 生抽,老抽,蚝油
  • 五香粉

做法步骤

1、五花肉放葱姜蒜,五香粉

2、加鸡精味精

3、加蚝油,豆油

4、生抽老抽,搅拌均匀,备用

5、土豆切沫,放肉馅里

6、芹菜韭菜切沫,放肉馅里

7、盐放多少根据自己口味啊

8、来点老抽

9、放干淀粉,搅拌均匀备用

10、茄子改刀切开

11、肉馅都给塞满哈

12、大火蒸开改小火20分钟

13、蒸的汤咱再做个汁哈

14、放少许盐鸡精味精,生抽老抽蚝油

15、待汤汁浓稠浇茄子上啊
