不粘锅起泡泡是何原因

传统牛轧糖吃腻了,快来试试芒果牛轧糖吧!口感香甜,不粘牙,还有淡淡的芒果清香,吃多了也不会觉得腻口,做法简单 ,马上过年了, 一起做起来吧!

用料
  • 黄油 40克
  • 椰子油 10克
  • 棉花糖 200克
  • 烘焙奶粉 80克
  • 花生碎 160克
  • 芒果丁 80克
  • 盐 1克
做法步骤

1、不粘锅中加入黄油和椰子油炒至融化。电陶炉全程400火力小火慢炒。(电磁炉300火力)

2、加入棉花糖小火慢慢炒

3、棉花糖融化后,锅内还有些黄油关火。

4、利用余温炒至黄油吸收

5、倒入奶粉和盐快速翻拌均匀

6、加花生碎翻拌

7、最后加芒果丁翻拌,锅离开电陶炉。

8、戴上手套抹黄油反复拉扯

9、如果室内温度低就不要拉扯了,棉花糖冷了会硬。在锅内快速揉拉,花生和芒果丁全部裹上棉花糖。

10、放入模具中按压平整

11、整好放冷再切块

12、喜欢小块的可以整一盘哦!

14、软糯香甜,芒果的味道很好吃!

小贴士

1、炒牛轧糖和雪花酥一样全程小火慢慢炒,黄油不能起泡泡。\n2、用芒果干的话,芒果干可以剪大一点块。

蔺伟卞17055848064 ______ 从涂料本身来说,可能不含消泡成分的缘故;从水性搅拌工艺来说,你可能水一下子加满再加粉,这个会造成大量发泡.要-先加部分(50%的样子)水-再加粉-再根据需要加水 从你上墙的墙面要求来说,可能是你的墙面不吸水或者吸水性太差造成的 希望对你有所帮助
