最正宗的韭菜盒子调馅

开春啦,第一刀韭菜最香,加点猪肉馅,再用美极鲜味汁调馅,烙出来的盒子别提有多鲜亮啦!

用料
  • 韭菜 300g
  • 猪肉半瘦半肥 200g
  • 美极鲜味汁 1勺
  • 盐 适量
  • 香油 适量
  • 十三香 适量
  • 猪油 1勺
  • 面 1碗
做法步骤

1、先活好面,至少醒30分钟

2、切好韭菜和肉馅

3、放1勺美极鲜味汁

4、放1勺猪油适量十三香盐香油

5、搅匀

6、揉面

7、切成小挤子

8、擀皮

9、放馅

10、开包

11、锅里放油

12、油热放盒子烙

13、翻面烙

14、烙好

15、装盘。

小贴士

烙盒子用小火慢煎,不然易糊。
