水饺蘸料最简单的做法

冬至吃水饺是中国的传统习俗,也是我最爱的家乡味道。在冬至这一天,家家户户都会包水饺,寓意着团圆和幸福。而我今天包的水饺是荠菜韭菜猪肉馅的,荠菜和韭菜的清香和猪肉的鲜美完美融合,让人回味无穷。

用料
  • 面团 1个
  • 馅料
  • 荠菜 1把
  • 韭菜 1把
  • 肉 1块
  • 姜 3片
  • 酱油 2勺
  • 油 2汤匙
  • 盐 1勺
  • 太太乐鲍汁蚝油 1勺
  • 蘸料
  • 蒜 1头
  • 太太乐原味鲜酱油 1勺
  • 太太乐小磨芝麻香油 1勺
做法步骤

1、把荠菜洗净焯水

2、把焯好水的荠菜剁碎

3、韭菜切碎,把肉和姜还有酱油一起绞碎

4、下面开始调馅料,倒入一勺太太乐鲍汁蚝油

5、两勺花生油

6、一勺盐搅拌均匀

7、调好的馅料放在一边备用

8、这是调馅料之前就已经和好的面团,已经醒发好了

9、把面团揉成长条

10、揪成同等大小的面剂子

11、把面剂子按扁

12、擀薄

13、包上馅料,两边捏紧,一个水饺就完成了

14、所有水饺包好,就等水开下水饺了

15、下水饺的同时,我们可以调一个蘸料,把蒜切碎倒入太太乐原味鲜酱油和太太乐小磨芝麻香油

16、水饺熟了盛入盘中

17、咬一口,大大的馅料,特别是荠菜的清香,一盘不够吃呀!
