火锅是等水开了放底料

  • 羊肉卷 3盒
  • 各种蔬菜 适量
  • 丸子 250克
  • 虾滑 250克
  • 虾仁 250克
  • 粉条 1袋
  • 火锅粉 1袋
  • 火锅豆皮 1袋
  • 鸭血 1盒
  • 素毛肚 1袋
  • 响铃卷 1袋
做法步骤

1、羊肉片

2、牛肉片

3、各种蔬菜洗好,像小娃娃菜,生菜,茼蒿,油麦菜,菠菜

4、丸子

5、虾滑

6、虾仁去虾线

7、响铃卷,金针菇,蛋饺,红薯片

8、火锅粉,火锅豆皮,宽粉

9、素毛肚,油菜

10、袖珍菇

11、小娃娃

12、羊肉片

13、鸭血

14、火锅蘸料

15、水开,放一包清汤底料(麻辣,香辣,菌菇,番茄的锅底都可以放)

16、开锅后,放肉,肉不能煮太久,会老,煮完肉的汤里有油,放菜煮才会更好吃
