炒菜溅油与锅有关系吗

不止是鸡蛋有各式各样的做法,鸡肉也可以做出芳香四溢的百变滋味。鸡肉有的朋友喜欢拿去炒菜,但吃多了总容易失去新鲜感,做成这样的小饼,可以让鸡肉好吃翻倍,而且不加一滴油,清爽无负担。它可以说是油炸食品的替代者,但它又无需油炸,煎一煎就能吃,算是饼中的治愈系了。

搭配也是多样化,内馅可以自由替换,难易程度只到初级,上手很简单。有肉有蔬菜,营养全面又快手,趁热吃非常香。放到番茄酱里面滚一滚,口感更酸甜更丰富。

料超多,色泽金黄诱人,肉饼掰开一看,馅料都填满了。外表煎得焦黄,别看它好像很酥脆,肉馅其实很松软,宝宝咀嚼起来也没有压力。

-低卡鸡肉饼-

鸡胸肉/一块 (约250g~300g)、胡萝卜/半根 (约50g)、西兰花/约100g、玉米粒/约50g、洋葱/一小块 (约30g)、盐 /1勺、玉米淀粉/ 3勺、生抽/ 2勺

熟练耗时:35分钟

工具:不粘锅、料理机

1.胡萝卜提前切片,和西兰花焯水约1分钟,捞出切成小碎丁。(Tips:蔬菜提前焯水口感会比较软,吃起来水份也会比较多)

2.鸡胸肉切小块,放入搅拌机中,加入洋葱碎,打成细腻的鸡肉泥。(Tips:洋葱可以去腥,如果没有的话也可以用生姜丝替代)

3.把处理好的胡萝卜、西兰花碎、玉米粒,一起加入鸡肉泥中;加入盐、生抽、玉米淀粉,一起混合搅拌均匀后腌制30分钟。

4.平底锅刷入薄油(油可以多一些),戴上一次性手套,取适量肉泥,整理成厚饼状。(Tips:饼胚可以做圆润一些,拍照的时候可以在表面刷一层熟油,看起来会更有食欲)

5.放入锅里,中小火煎到两面金黄上色后就可以出锅了。

吃不完的饼可以放入冰箱冷冻保存3-5天,不怕吃剩了。

小饿小困的时候来一个鸡肉饼,补充蛋白质,拿个面包片夹一夹,秒变汉堡,做早餐或者做配菜都很不错。
