做法步骤

1、哈喽啊,大家!真的好久没更新菜谱啦!今天,给大家带来一个我新尝试的美食,菜盒子\n准备食材有韭菜,鲜虾,鸡蛋

2、我们在处理食材前,先把面发上,面粉,随意的量吧

3、面粉里放一丢丢的盐

4、刚烧开的水,先把面粉的一半做烫面

5、开水一点一点倒

6、大概搓揉开

7、另外一半面粉,用温水活开

8、里面倒一包酵母粉

9、大概活开就行

10、烧热水,关火,把活好的面团,隔水继续发酵

11、发面的时候,我们处理食材,鲜虾去头,去虾线

12、放盐

13、这一步呢,是为了把虾洗干净,再放盐以后,就直接把虾搓揉一通

14、然后用水洗干净,控干水,即可

15、在控干水的虾仁里,重新放盐

16、白胡椒粉,腌制,待用

17、韭菜切碎

18、里面倒油,拌匀

19、最后,把鸡蛋炒好,晾凉,三种食材倒一块,在里面稍微少放点盐和鸡精,拌匀

20、开始包喽

21、刚才发好的面,切成几段,案板上倒油
