用料
  • 鳝丝 400g
  • 小葱 2根
  • 玉米油 适量
  • 耗油 适量
  • 料酒 适量
  • 糖 适量
  • 洋葱 1个
做法步骤

1、2条黄鳝(买时直接去骨),回来开水烫一下(生姜,料酒),切段切丝备用

2、洋葱切丝备用

3、准备生姜丝,小葱,香菜

4、准备蒜泥

5、1勺料酒。1勺耗油,1勺老抽,2勺生抽,1勺糖,1勺胡椒粉,2勺清水搅拌均匀

6、玉米淀粉加水搅拌,备用

7、洋葱爆炒断生,铺在盘子里

8、油热,下生姜葱,黄鳝丝,快速翻炒

9、倒入调好的料汁

10、大概煮5分钟

11、加入水淀粉收汁

12、汤汁完全裹在黄鳝丝上,出锅前放点蒜末,香醋翻炒一下

13、黄鳝丝铺在洋葱盆里。上面铺上蒜末,小葱,白胡椒粉。用热油浇一下。听见哧拉的响,就是响油黄鳝的关键
