花蛤煮3分钟还是5分钟

用料- 花甲 500克
- 粉丝 2把
- 金针菇 50克
- 大虾 10只
- 香葱 2根
- 姜片 2片
- 白胡椒粉 2克
- 料酒 1小勺
- 盐 少许
- 蒜蓉 3勺
- 油 1勺
- 生抽 1勺
- 小米椒 3个
- 白糖 1勺
- 洋葱 半个
- 味精 少许
1、半个洋葱切切丝,平铺在砂锅里面,再把洗净的金针菇铺在洋葱上面。
2、虾子开背去头去沙,洗净备用。
3、花蛤加盐泡净。
4、粉丝泡软切断备用。
5、煮开水,把虾子过水煮7分熟,捞出备用。
6、煮开水,花蛤过水。
7、煮到花蛤开口,冲冷水,捞出备用。
8、调味料:起油锅,把蒜蓉、姜末、小米椒入油锅,加1勺螃油、1勺生抽、1勺白糖、少许盐味精混合均匀。备用(缺图)。把粉丝铺在金针菇上面,倒入少许调味。
9、铺上虾子。
10、铺上花蛤。
11、把调料均匀加入锅中,加入一碗水,开水煮。
12、煮开,再熟3分钟,倒入葱花。微辣美味鲜虾花蛤粉丝煲出炉啦!开吃开吃!
