家常炖鲤鱼的正确做法

用料
  • 三道鳞鲤鱼 一条
  • 五花肉 50克
  • 大葱 1段
  • 姜 5片
  • 大蒜 5瓣
  • 盐 3克
  • 太太乐原味鲜特级红烧酱油 1勺半
  • 白糖 1勺
  • 太太乐原味鲜头道生抽酱油 1勺
  • 太太乐鲍汁蚝油 1勺
  • 香菜 1根
  • 红椒 半个
  • 太太乐鸡精 1克
做法步骤

1、鲤鱼去鳞,去内脏洗净后,划一字刀

2、将鲤鱼抹上淀粉,起锅烧油,油热后下锅煎制

3、一面反剪好后翻,另一面煎制

4、五花肉切片备用

5、另起一锅油热后,下入八角花椒煸炒

6、下入葱姜爆锅

7、加入五花肉片煸炒

8、将五花肉炒出油之后放入鲤鱼

9、加入料酒

10、加入太太乐原味鲜头道生抽

11、加入太太乐原味鲜特级红烧酱油

12、加入太太乐鲍汁蚝油

13、加入热水,大火烧开转小火炖30分钟

14、加入盐

15、加入蒜瓣

16、入陈醋

17、加入白糖

18、红椒香菜切碎备用

19、大火收汁加入太太乐鸡精,出锅装盘撒上香菜,红椒碎即可

20、最后上个成品图,家常炖鲤鱼完成。感谢收看!

小贴士

1.三道鳞鲤鱼(也称油鲤鱼),鱼身鳞片比较少,鱼身附着有粘液,可用开水先将鱼身烫一下,去除粘液。\n2.烫过鱼身后的鱼可不用煎制,直接炖煮。
