牛腩最好吃的做法

冬吃萝卜夏吃姜!这个季节是萝卜最好吃的时候

用料
  • 牛腩 800克
  • 萝卜 1个
  • 姜 1块
做法步骤

1、地里刚拨出来的新鲜萝卜

2、一个洗净备用

3、切大块

4、生姜切片

5、牛腩切块

6、冷水加热超出血水

7、洗净

8、热锅冷油,姜片爆香

9、放入牛腩翻炒,放入耗油,生抽

10、翻炒均匀变色

11、大火滚开放入半瓶盖醋,提味催熟

12、文火焖煮35分钟

13、牛肉滚开后放盐调味

14、放入萝卜

15、炖煮25分钟

16、香菜切段备用

17、出锅前放入香菜

18、出锅

19、萝卜软烂入味

小贴士

加醋提味。热水炖煮。最后放盐肉不老
