丝瓜蛋汤怎么烧不发黑

  • 丝瓜 1根
  • 泡发山药腐竹 100g
  • 猪肉 100g
  • 玉米淀粉 5g
  • 鸡蛋 3个
  • 葱花 适量
  • 枸杞 适量
  • 清水 适量
  • 小鲜侣调味汁 15g
  • 酱油心生 10g
做法步骤

1、食材\r\n丝瓜1根|泡发山药腐竹100克\r\n猪肉100克|玉米淀粉5克\r\n鸡蛋3个|葱花|枸杞|清水\r\n调味\r\n小鲜侣调味汁15克|酱油心生10克\r\n用具\r\n阿米尔小球锅

2、铁棍山药腐竹取适量泡发,泡好约100克(腐竹无色素、硫熏,精选淡黄色非转基因大豆,可随心烹饪,营养丰富);

3、一根丝瓜去皮切滚刀块,有时间可以用盐水泡一下不容易变色(丝瓜营养价值高,秋天吃些丝瓜清热凉血、化湿润燥);

4、100克猪肉切片,舀入5克玉米淀粉、挤入10克酱油心生、5克小鲜侣调味汁抓匀腌制一会;

5、阿米尔小球锅倒入山茶油,打入3个鸡蛋中小火煎至金黄且熟透后盛出;

6、切成小块备用;

7、接着倒入丝瓜块翻炒片刻;

8、倒入煎蛋、半锅清水、挤入10克小鲜侣调味汁;

9、大火煮开后转小火煮5分钟左右(此锅多灶通用、聚油聚热、圆弧造型能最大程度锁水保鲜达到微压,不粘涂层坚固耐用,一擦即净,使用方便);

10、下入泡软的腐竹段、肉片,搅拌均匀煮熟;

11、撒上枸杞、葱花点缀出锅;
